What You Get When You Hire A Better Way
We all want peace of mind when we leave our treasured pets at home. From making sure everyday feedings and routines are kept, to responsibly handling unexpected emergencies, A Better Way Pet Sitting is your reliable source of professional care.
Everyone on our team is pet CPR and first aid certified and our services are fully bonded and insured. There’s always someone available to provide the loving, detail-oriented care you’ll come to expect from us.
Got a new puppy? Struggling with a behavior issue? As pet professionals, we’re happy to answer your questions and offer advice.
We Can’t Wait To Get To Know You And Your Family.
Before we can begin providing services, we’ll schedule a complimentary pet consult to discuss the details. Whether your pet has special needs, a training regimen to stick with, or a specific routine, we’ll provide custom services to meet their every need.
During our consultation, we’ll meet your pet for the first time – it’ll be the beginning of a beautiful friendship! At least two of our sitters will bond with your pet so there’s always someone available who your pet knows and trusts.
Wendi Dellemonico, Owner
When Wendi was 10 years old, her aunt “hired” her to visit her dog twice a week because she knew how much she loved animals. Wendi rode her bike two miles each way to visit and play with Cricket, the Pomeranian, and her love of all creatures continued to flourish.
In 2005, Wendi found herself in between jobs and had always wanted a career working with animals. The time just seemed to be right. After a year’s worth of research, A Better Way was born!
“Pets really do best in familiar, non-stressful environments. Our clients have peace of mind when they are working long hours, away on business or taking a much deserved vacation, knowing that ABW will provide reliable and loving pet care when you can’t be there!”
Wendi has three grown children, Jennifer, Adam and Nicole and resides in Burlington with her husband Michael and three fur kids, Kody, Penny and Toby.
Michele Aquaro, Operations Manager
Michele was seeking a career change in 2012 and knew her new career had to include working with animals. Michele took on a full dog walking route for ABW from 2012-2014.
Due to her prior corporate background in Project Management, she jumped at the chance to become ABW’s Operations Manager in the summer of 2014. Michele is the face and voice of ABW and her hard work and dedication are apparent every day!
Michele resides in Billerica with her husband Todd, her two children, Madeline and Michael and her loving pooches, Jameson and Hunter.
